High frequency, high speed and high density have gradually become one of the important development trends of modern electronic products. The high frequency and high speed digitalization of signal transmission forces PCB to move to microhole and embedded/blind hole, wire thinning and uniform thin medium layer. High frequency, high speed, high density multilayer PCB design technology has become an important research field. This article introduces the PCB design and high frequency circuit board wiring matters needing attention, just follow the Runtek technical personnel to have a look together!

1. Choose a reasonable number of layers

In PCB design, when wiring the high-frequency circuit board, the middle inner plane is used as the power supply and ground layer to play a shielding role, effectively reduce the parasitic inductance, shorten the length of the signal line, and reduce the cross interference between signals. In general, the noise of a four-ply board is 20dB lower than that of a two-ply board.

2 high frequency choke

In PCB design, when wiring the high frequency circuit board, digital ground, analog ground, etc., when connecting the public ground wire, to be connected with the high frequency choke device, generally is the high frequency ferrite magnetic bead with wire through the central hole.

3 signal lines

In PCB design, when wiring the high frequency circuit board, the signal routing should not be looped, and should be routed in Daisy chain mode.

Cabling direction between four layers
In PCB design, when wiring high-frequency circuit board, the wiring direction between layers should be vertical, that is, the top layer is horizontal, the bottom layer is vertical, so as to reduce the interference between signals.

5 Number of holes
In PCB design, when wiring hf circuit board, the number of holes as few as possible.

6 apply copper
When wiring high frequency circuit board in PCB design, adding grounding copper can reduce the interference between signals.

7. Decoupling capacitor
When wiring hf circuit board in PCB design, the decoupling capacitor is bonded at the power supply end of integrated circuit.

8 Cable length
When wiring high-frequency circuit board in PCB design, the shorter the line length, the shorter the parallel distance of two lines, the better.

9 package to
In PCB design, important signal lines can be wrapped up when wiring the high-frequency circuit board, which can significantly improve the anti-jamming ability of signal. Of course, it can also wrap the interference source so that it does not interfere with other signals.

10 Cabling mode
In PCB design, when wiring hf boards, the wiring must be rotated at a 45° Angle to reduce transmission and mutual coupling of hf signals.
